Who we are

This site is operated by Central Texas Pool Leagues (CTPL). This policy explains what we collect when you use the site and how we handle it.

What we collect

We use Plausible, a privacy-friendly analytics tool. Plausible does not use cookies and does not collect any personally identifiable information. What we see is aggregated, anonymous data — pageviews and event counts — that tells us which tools and pages people use and roughly how often. We don't see who you are, where you live, or what's in your browser history.

Accounts and payments

Where Central Texas Pool Leagues offers accounts, we use Clerk for authentication and Stripe for payment processing. When you sign in or pay, the information you provide is handled by these providers under their own privacy practices. We do not store raw payment card details on our servers.

Local storage on your device

A few small preferences are kept in your browser's local storage so the app remembers you across visits. These never leave your device and never reach our servers:

• ctpl-theme — your theme preference (paper / tactical / felt).

You can clear them at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

Your rights

You have the right to access and delete your data. For information stored only in your browser, clearing your browser's storage for this site is enough. For account or payment data held by our providers, contact us and we will help you exercise your rights. We aim for a GDPR-equivalent posture by default: minimize what's collected, keep only what's necessary, and let you remove it.

If our practices change, we'll update this page. Check back here for the most current version.
